Leasing of vacant suites will need to take into consideration the <br />total number of stalls available to accommodate new users. <br />It is staff s opinion that the Spirit Hills Commercial Center is in conformance with the <br />parking requirements of the City and that no further evaluation is warranted at this time. <br />Occupancy of vacant suites will need to be evaluated to insure that additional required <br />parking does not exceed the existing 133 spaces provided. <br />Requested Council Direction <br />Staff is requesting council direction as to whether any further evaluation is necessary. <br />Attachment(s) <br />1.
