At the request of the City of Lino Lakes, the median construction is eliminating the four (4) inch concrete <br />walk and replacing it with an irrigated landscape system. <br />This Change Order directs the Contractor to furnish all equipment, materials and labor necessary to construct the above <br />stated irrigated landscape system. By signing this Change Order, the Contractor acknowledges receipt of one plan <br />containing four (4) 11 X 17 sheets depicting the redesign of the C.S.A.H. 23 median islands. <br />All work will be performed in accordance with the pertinent portions of the Special Provisions, Mn /DOT Standard <br />Specifications, Mn/DOT Standard Plates and as directed by the Engineer. <br />Payment to the Contractor for this work will be at the negotiated prices, as shown below in the Estimate of Cost. <br />Decrease - Negotiated Items <br />Item No. Description <br />2521.501 4" Conc.
