Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -113 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Jon Randall Samuelson, a vendor for Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., has <br />submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Jon Randall Samuelson has complied with all of the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 01 -89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for <br />a profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on <br />Mr. Jon Randall Samuelson; <br />NOW,'1'HEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof, Mr. <br />Jon Samuelson, an employee of Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., is hereby authorized to vend for <br />a period of six - months beginning August 14, 2007 and ending February 14, 2008 subject <br />to all conditions and provisions of said ordinance <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of August, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
