• Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 07 -118 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 LAKE DRIVE /135W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the City awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to Lunde Construction Company, and WHEREAS, a delay of the Award and Approval for S.P. 0280 -55, has pushed back the concrete werarring course of placement according to the Contractors original schedule submittal beyond the Mn /DOT Standard Specification 2403.A placement date of October 1st, and WHEREAS, to remain on schedule as planned, the Project Engineer with the concurrence of the Mn /DOT Bridge Office will all the Contractor to cast Bridge No. 02817 stage 1 deck to its full deck thickness of nine inches using a concrete mix design 3Y43 HFWC and eliminating the concrete weraring course in stage 1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO • LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. Change Order No.3, in the amount of $20,041.88, is hereby approved. John J.
