Pecchia, Public Safety Director/ Chief of Police <br />September 24, 2007 <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 12 -07 Amending the <br />City Code by adding a new Chapter 509 related to Ultimate <br />Fighting <br />Simple Majority <br />This Ordinance is in response to the community and elected officials' concerns and to <br />be consistent with neighboring communities in an effort to outlaw and end the recent <br />phenomena of "fight clubs." This ordinance has been reviewed by staff and we are <br />confident that this ordinance will eliminate the occurrence of this type of an event in <br />our community. <br />OPTIONS <br />1.
