• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member moved for adoption of the following ordinance- <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-150 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT — WATER TREATMENT <br />PLANT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council, a study has been prepared by the City <br />Engineer, with reference to the water treatment plant feasibility study, received by the <br />City Council September 24, 2007, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That such the Water Treatment Plant Feasibility Study, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made part hereof, is hereby accepted. <br />John J. Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of September, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />—106— <br />
