• <br />During the recent 10 year period, the population served by the water system increased by 88 <br />percent and represents approximately 6,650 additional people. The Metropolitan Council forecast <br />for the City indicates that the City will have approximately 26,250 people and 9,000 households <br />by the year 2020. All of the additional households and people are expected to be served by the <br />water system.
