Pecchia, Public Safety Director/ Chief of Police <br />September 24, 2007 <br />Consideration to Approve Resolution No. 07 -148 entering <br />into a mutual aid agreement between the Minnesota <br />Department of Corrections, Minnesota Correctional Facility - <br />Lino Lakes and the City of Lino Lakes <br />Simple Majority <br />Staff is requesting to approve Resolution No. 07 -148 for the City of Lino Lakes to enter <br />into a mutual aid agreement with the Minnesota Department of Corrections, Minnesota <br />Correctional Facility -Lino Lakes which is consistent with the updated Emergency <br />Management plan and consistent with our new City proposed ordinance and current <br />State law. <br />The purpose of Resolution No. 07 -148 is to enter into a mutual aid agreement and <br />execute the agreement. <br />OPTIONS <br />1.
