• <br />• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 1E <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Julie Bartell, City Clerk <br />DATE: October 8, 2007 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 07 -166, Approving Peddlers License <br />for Cedar Valley Exteriors <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority (3/5 Vote) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Cedar Valley Exteriors, 1700 93rd Lane NE, Blaine, MN, has submitted an <br />application to the city clerk's office requesting issuance of a peddlers license. <br />The company requests authorization to send representatives door to door in the <br />city selling roofing, siding, trim and windows. The city has received the permit <br />fee and all the necessary forms required to issue Cedar Valley Exteriors. a <br />license. The Lino Lakes Police Department has performed the necessary <br />background checks and indicated there would be no reason to recommend <br />denial of the license. <br />The application and all other required information is on file in the city clerk's <br />office for review. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
