Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-168 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 2 CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, <br />LINO PARK GRADING AND TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted July 23, 2007, awarding <br />the contract for Lino Park Grading and Trail Improvements to Jay Brothers, Inc.; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No. 2 and Change Order no. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment No. 2 and Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $20,578.22, which results in a <br />total project cost of $67,668.25 are approved for the Lino Park Grading and Trail <br />Improvements. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of October, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />• <br />
