Those functions are as follows: <br />• Position Descriptions <br />• Performance Evaluation System <br />• Job Evaluation system <br />• Employee Compensation <br />• Internal Equity <br />In addition, the council would like firms to bid on preparation of: <br />• Determining employee job satisfaction <br />• Pay for Performance <br />Requested Council Direction <br />Staff will be presenting the Request for Proposals at Monday's work session. <br />Attachment(s) <br />IIITo follow on Friday. <br />1 <br />
