WS — Item 9 <br />WORK SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />Work Session Item 9 <br />Date: December 3, 2007 <br />To: City Council <br />From: Julie Bartell <br />Re: Hartford Group — Minutes of Nov 5, 2007 <br />Background <br />At a work session on November 26, 2007, the council requested that the draft minutes of <br />the November 5, 2007 work session be corrected in regard to discussion about the <br />Hartford Group update on the Legacy at Woods Edge Project. There was concern that <br />the minutes did not adequately reflect the council's discussion regarding the proposed <br />senior housing element. <br />I have reviewed the recording of the November 5 meeting and have prepared the attached <br />revised draft minutes. This draft has been shared with Council Member Carlson and is <br />being presented for review by the council. <br />Requested Council Direction <br />The council is requested to review the attached minutes relating to the Hartford Group <br />discussion and, if appropriate, authorize placement of the minutes on the next council <br />meeting agenda. <br />Attachment(s) <br />1.
