The 2008 Fee Schedule Ordinance was presented to the Council on November 13, <br />2007 and first reading was approved. Based on the recommendation of the city <br />engineer, staff has made additional amendments to the ordinance as follows: <br />• City Trunk Utility Fees - base fees are being updated. <br />• Surface Water Management Fees — base fees are being updated. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 16 -07, <br />the 2008 City Fee Schedule Ordinance <br />2.
