Facility requirements for Warning and Notification, those facilities that are required <br />by local, state and federal regulations to have a facility plan must identify in the plan, <br />methodology of detection for hazardous materials releases, leaks and spills, etc. These <br />plans shall also specify steps to be taken to notify local, state and federal authorities that <br />a release has occurred. <br />D. Public Notification in the event of a hazardous materials release the Anoka County <br />Central Communications will notify all key personnel. Office, pager, cellular telephone, <br />24 contact numbers for all key personnel are maintained at Anoka County Central <br />Communications. <br />E. Occurrence of Hazardous Materials release facilities that use, store, manufacture or <br />transport hazardous materials are responsible for developing systems and training their <br />employees so as to be able to promptly determine and report that a release of hazardous <br />materials has occurred. The procedures in place at each facility along with a brief <br />description of any specialized system are to be described in the facility emergency <br />plans. Copies of these plans are available at the Centennial Fire District office. <br />F. Damage assessment efforts will be initiated as soon as possible following a disaster. <br />Pictures will be taken of damaged areas and city maps will be used to plot the location <br />of damaged sites. The City of Lino Lakes EMD will coordinate with the Minnesota <br />Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management when damage <br />assessment is carried out in conjunction with a request for state or federal assistance. <br />V.
