• <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />On December 9, 2009 the Planning and Zoning Board voted unanimously to <br />recommend approval of this Conditional Use Permit request. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The finding of facts, along with the following conditions supports approval of the <br />requests: <br />1. The comments made by the City Engineer must be addressed to his <br />satisfaction prior to any construction activities on the site. <br />2. The paving and curb required on the rear of the lot shall be completed by <br />June 1, 2010, and appropriate financial securities shall be submitted to the <br />city to guarantee that the work is completed. <br />3. Hours of Operation for this use shall be limited to lam — 7pm Monday <br />through Saturday and 9am — 5pm on Sunday. <br />II4. All repair or installation work shall be completed inside the building with all <br />doors closed to limit impacts on the surrounding area. <br />5. The base conditions for Accessory Indoor Retail Activity must continue to <br />be met. (Conditions listed out in Resolution) <br />6.
