The Lino <br />Lakes Lions Club is requesting approval of a 1 to 4 Day Temporary On -Sale <br />Liquor License Application. The license is necessary to allow the Lions Club to . <br />mix and dispense liquor that will be served as part of the dinner. <br />The applicant is required to submit an application to the city, for approval, at least <br />30 days prior to the event and city policy requires a background check each time <br />a permit or license application is received. Staff has reviewed the application <br />and background and found no reason to deny the license. <br />A copy of the application and the results of the background check are on file in <br />the city clerk's office. The Certificate of Liability Insurance required by the <br />Department of Public Safety, Alcohol & Gambling Division, will be submitted <br />upon city council approval. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 10 -05 approving the Lino Lakes Lions Club <br />application for a temporary on -sale liquor license. <br />2.
