The Ordinance Amendment attached also includes a Home Occupation Permit <br />Fee for those residents who wish to pursue a Level B Home Occupation. The <br />fee is proposed to be $25. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />The Board held a Public Hearing for this item at each meeting between July and <br />October. The Board ultimately recommended approval of the changes contained <br />in Ordinance Number 01 -10, with a vote of 4 -2. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />i. Staff is recommending that the City Council dispense with the full reading <br />and approve the second reading of Ordinance Number 01 -10. <br />ii.
