ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 10 -17 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 01 -10 <br />AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Ordinance sections regulating Home <br />Occupations; and amending the 2010 Fee Schedule (Ordinance No. 09 -09) <br />to add a fee for `Administrative Permit — Home Occupation Level B' <br />The purpose of amending the Home Occupation section of the Zoning Ordinance <br />is to establish proper regulations for business enterprises that occupy a portion of <br />a dwelling unit or residential property. The new regulations establish three tiers <br />of Home Occupations which are subject to increasing requirements and allow <br />increasing levels of business activities. The Ordinance also establishes a $20 <br />fee for the `Administrative Permit — Home Occupation Level B'. <br />Subsection 3. Subdivision 8 of the Zoning Ordinance includes: <br />A. Purpose <br />B.
