Uses by Administrative Permit. Subject to applicable provisions of this <br />Ordinance, the following uses are allowed by administrative permit, as may be <br />approved by the Zoning Administrator: <br />3. Accessory outdoor dining or seating facilities intended for consumption of <br />food or beveraaes purchased on site, provided that reauirements of <br />Section 3, Subd. 16 are met.
