A motorized flotation -tired vehicle of not less than three low pressure tires, but <br />not more than six low pressure tires, that is limited in engine displacement of less than 800 cubic <br />centimeters and total dry weight less than 900 pounds. <br />(b) CLASS II. Class II all- terrain vehicles means an all - terrain vehicle that has a total dry <br />weight of 900 to 1,500 pounds. <br />(c) ORV. ATVs over 1,500 pounds are still considered ORVs. <br />BOULEVARD.
