• <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br />August 12, 2009 <br />Page 2 <br />V. ACTION ITEMS <br />A. PUBLIC HEARING to consider amending the Zoning Ordinance to clarify <br />requirements for Home Occupations, and Residential Storage/Parking <br />Associate Planner Paul Bengtson presented the staff report. <br />Staff explained a draft three -tier system that could be used for home occupation <br />requirements, as described in the staff report. Staff recommended continuing the Public <br />Hearing to the September meeting. Staff will come back with additional and revised <br />language for the board to discuss. <br />Following discussion of the staff report, board members had a number of suggestions for <br />staff to consider prior to the next meeting. <br />Chair Tralle reopened the Public Hearing at 8:27 p.m. <br />Ms. Brady made a MOTION to table the consideration for Amending the Zoning <br />Ordinance to clarify requirements for Home Occupations, and Residential <br />Storage/Parking to the September P &Z Meeting. Motion was supported by Mr. Root. <br />Motion carried 4 -0. <br />IPVI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. None <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:28 p.m. Motion was supported <br />by Ms. Brady.
