e. There shall be no exterior storage of equipment or materials <br />used in the home occupation, except personal vehicles not <br />exceeding a gross weight rating of eleven thousand seventy - <br />five (11,075) pounds used in the home occupation may be <br />parked on the site, unless an administrative parking permit <br />per Section 3, Subd. 5.K of this Ordinance is granted. <br />f. The home occupation shall meet all applicable fire and <br />building codes. <br />g. <br />Exterior display of signs except as such are permitted by the <br />sign regulations for the district shall not be permitted. <br />h. When applicable, all state licensing requirements are <br />satisfactorily met. <br />2. Requirements - Residential Districts. <br />a. Permitted home occupations shall not be conducted in any <br />accessory structures on the premises, including attached <br />garages, and shall be confined to the private dwelling unit. <br />b. Permitted occupations shall not include any of the following: <br />1) The operation of any wholesale or retail business <br />unless it is conducted entirely by mail or delivery and <br />does not include the sale, shipment, or delivery of <br />merchandise to the premises. <br />2) More than one chair barber shop or more than one <br />chair beauty salons or dancing or music schools with <br />organized classes of more than one pupil at a time. <br />3) Any activity or function which by its nature and /or <br />effect causes a disturbance to the neighborhood, <br />such as noise, parking, traffic, etc. <br />4) Home occupations which create a need for more than <br />three (3) parking spaces at any given time in addition <br />to the parking spaces required by the occupants shall <br />not be permitted. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
