Anoka County Assessor Linda Weiner, Board of Appeals process <br />Ms. Weiner reviewed the process for Monday evening's board meeting; <br />Mr. Roeser must be present as the trained member <br />2. CSAH 34 (Birch Street) Corridor Study Discussion (cont'd from 3/1/10) <br />Staff received council direction on the seven plan elements presented; <br />Regarding referendum question(s) on traffic control at two intersections (Ware Rd & <br />Birch St and Main St and Lake Dr), staff directed to keep the process moving and to <br />engage services for the necessary study <br />3. Review of Ordinance Requirements for Accessory Structures <br />Staff directed to prepare ordinance amendments based on discussion (no change <br />under 5 acres; over 5 acres to be reviewed for possible changes); applicant(s) <br />indicated that variance request for horse training facility would be withdrawn <br />4. 2010 Budget — 1st Quarter Review <br />Council would like services of consultant in doing a budget evaluation; <br />List requested of all consultant services being utilized by the city; <br />Questions submitted by council members should be kept for future (2011) budget <br />discussions <br />5. Refunding of G.O. Improvement & Utility Bonds, Series 2004A <br />On council agenda for 4/12 meeting; no council issues noted <br />Regular Agenda Items <br />Two council members will be absent on 4/12 (O'Donnell and Rafferty) so two items on the <br />agenda require a 4/5 vote (6A and 6Cii) so after the public hearing is held, they will be <br />postponed <br />Adjourn <br />
