CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION March 22, 2010 <br />DRAFT <br />45 Two council members noted that they had received calls questioning the impact of recently <br />46 approved changes to the outdoor seating /dining requirements. City Planner Smyser <br />47 clarified that the changes would not unfairly restrict certain establishments from obtaining <br />48 permission for outdoor dining /drinking areas. <br />49 <br />50 Community Calendar — City Clerk Bartell asked Mayor Reinert to add the Board of <br />51 Appeals meeting to the calendar. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m., prior to the <br />52 regular city council meeting on April 12, 2010.
