The office is being used <br />by Ivin/DOT for the County Road 14 Bridge Project. The maintenance shop and storage . <br />buildings are being used by Arnt Construction Co., Inc. <br />Site Drainage: <br />The contour map grading plan denotes the present and proposed drainage patterns. We <br />intend to install a sand filter upstream of the apron on the southeast comer of the <br />property. <br />Operation: <br />The fenced in storage yard will be used to park equipment, stockpile fieldstone, riprap, <br />salvage cut stone, recycled class 6 gravel, #2 keystone, granular borrow, storm sewer, <br />watermain and sanitary sewer appurtenances, and occasionally topsoil. The material will <br />be hauled out via Anoka County Road 84 (Otter Lake Road). <br />Normally all rubble and recycled class 6 will be stockpiled south of Phelps Road. We <br />receive rubble at 2190 Phelps Road from our projects, Moline Concrete, Anoka County, <br />City of Lino Lakes, City of Centerville, City of Hugo and the residences in the area. <br />We operate on a 24 -hour basis in order to comply with certain contracts with Mn/DOT <br />and various Minnesota counties. <br />• <br />• <br />
