Studensli, City Engineer <br />April 26, 2010 <br />Resolution No. 10-40, Calling for a Public Hearing <br />on Proposed Assessments, Pine Street Paving <br />Improvements. <br />ACTION REQUIRED: Simple Majority <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Following the City's action declaring cost to be assessed for the Pine Street Paving Improvements <br />project, the City must call for a Public Hearing on the proposed assessments. <br />It is staffs recommendation to call for a Public Hearing on the proposed assessments for the Pine <br />Street Paving Improvements project. The Public Hearing, Adopting the Proposed Assessment <br />Role for the paving improvements of Pine Street will be held at the May 24, 2010 City Council <br />Meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approving Resolution Number 10 -40, Calling for a Public Hearing on <br />Proposed Assessments, Pine Street Paving Improvements. <br />• <br />
