All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment or who
wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low were given the opportunity to
address the Board. He reminded those present that only appeals for the current year valuation or
classification could be made. Discussion of the Board is limited to valuations only, not taxes.

Linda Weiner, Anoka County Assessor's Office, presented the Board with the Anoka County, 2010
Board of Appeal and Equalization, County Assessor's Report document and presented a brief
overview of the property tax process and a recap of current assessments. She noted that she has
received only 27 calls, fewer than normal.

The county assessor noted that Bill Fogerty and Richard McNamara have signed in for this evening's
meeting but do not wish to speak to the council but rather to reserve their right to the county process.

Ms. Weiner noted that she had received a call this afternoon from the owner of the mobile home park
in Lino Lakes; staff will meet with them in the near future and they will be able to participate in the
county process.

A Senior Appraiser of Anoka County Assessor's Office reported on the properties at 474 Apollo
Drive and 471 Apollo Drive, industrial properties. He has visited the properties and is working on
reaching an agreement with the owners. An owner added that there is some concern about a wrong
calculation on square footage among other things. It was understood that the situation will be
addressed through the county process.

The following individuals addressed the Board:

Ms. Bernadine Skoglund, 7481 Lake Drive, questioned why the valuation on her lots is again being
increased; there should a cap. She added that although the property is for sale there have been very
minimal inquiries since 2001. The assessor will review the property valuation.
