• All ice fishing houses stored on site shall be licensed in accordance <br />with State law. <br />• <br />• <br />6. Docks and Boat Launches. Private docks and boat launches may <br />be stored upon riparian Tots provided such structures he upon the <br />same lot as the principal structure to which they serve. <br />7 Roadside Stands. Seasonal, temporary roadside stands for the <br />sale of agricultural products shall be permitted if: <br />a. They are located in a zoning district which makes a specific <br />allowance for such use; and <br />b. They are located upon the lot on which the produce is <br />grown. <br />c. They are erected at least sixty (60) feet back from the <br />nearest edge of the roadway surface; and <br />Adequate parking space is provided off the road right -of -way <br />and safe vehicular access and movements are assured. <br />8. Domestic Animal Shelters. Structures dedicated to the housing of <br />domestic animals are considered accessory structures for the <br />purpose of applying this Chapter and shall comply with the <br />following standards: <br />a. The keeping of animals is allowed in accordance with the <br />provisions of Chapter 503. <br />b. If all Animal Shelters on a property do not exceed a total of <br />64 square feet in area, then they shall not be counted <br />towards the maximum number and size of accessory <br />buildings. <br />c. Animal shelters are limited to a maximum of 60 inches in <br />overall height. If a shelter exceeds 60 inches in height, it is <br />not allowed the exception to accessory building number and <br />size in paragraph b. <br />9. Rural and Residential Zoning District Accessory Buildings. The <br />following summarizes the maximum number, size, and height of <br />accessory buildings allowed in an individual parcel according to iot <br />size and residential district. For the purposes of this section. lot size <br />for metes and bounds properties shall include roadway easements. <br />
