Accessory buildings shall not be located within an easement. <br />1. <br />If the principal building is expanded to cover more of the lot, <br />the accessory building shall be removed if the intended need <br />no longer exists. <br />Building permits shall be required as regulated by the State <br />Building Code. <br />Section 4 Zoning Ordinance and City Code Stand As Amended <br />As above amended, the Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and <br />previously amended.
