• NUMBER OF STRUCTURES ANALYSIS: <br />• <br />• <br />Considering the increase in area allowed, the proposed ordinance would <br />increase the number of buildings allowed in the 5 -20 acre levels from 1 attached <br />and 2 detached to 1 attached and 3 detached. No other changes are proposed. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />On May 12, 2010 the Planning and Zoning Board held a public hearing and <br />recommended approval of the attached amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />i. Staff recommends waiving the full reading of the ordinance and approving <br />the second reading of Ordinance Number 08 -10, amending the Zoning <br />Ordinance in regards to Accessory Buildings and Structures. <br />ii.
