(R, R -X, R -1, <br />R -1X, R -EC, R -2, R -3, R -4, R -6, R -7, and PSP Districts) <br />• <br />• <br />1) The combination of accessory buildings and garages <br />shall not exceed one thousand two hundred (1,200) <br />^,,,re feet, the greater of: <br />a. one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet, <br />or <br />b. 3.75% of the lot area, not to exceed five <br />thousand (5,000) square feet. <br />2) Total allowable accessory building space shall be <br />limited to the following: <br />a) One (1) attached garage and one (1) detached <br />structure, or <br />b) Two (2) detached accessory structures. <br />3) One (1) Aattached garages shall not to exceed one <br />thousand two one hundred twenty (1,4200) square <br />feet or equal to ninety (90) percent of the size of the <br />house foundation, whichever is greater. <br />4) Twenty (20) foot maximum height. <br />5) No metal sheet/panel siding with vertical orientation <br />except upon tool sheds less than one hundred fifty <br />(150) square feet in area. Metal horizontal lap siding <br />is acceptable. <br />6) Fabric or vinyl canopy structures acceptable. <br />776} Roof and exterior color and material compatible with <br />home (except manufactured tool shed). <br />8g-) Lots that have shared ownership /membership in the <br />Lino Airpark may have a three thousand two hundred <br />(3,200) square foot accessory building as an airplane <br />hangar provided that: <br />a) The hangar be earth tone in color. <br />
