• <br />• <br />ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 10 -57 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 08 -10 <br />AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Ordinance sections regulating <br />Accessory Structures and Buildings. <br />The purpose of amending the Accessory Structures and Buildings section of the <br />Zoning Ordinance is to clarify the regulations related to accessory structures, and <br />to amend the allowance of accessory structure area on residential and rural <br />properties based more directly on the size of properties. <br />Section 3.Subdivision 4.D (Accessory Structures and Buildings) of the <br />Zoning Ordinance includes the following sections: <br />1. General Provisions <br />2. Sport Courts <br />3. Swimming Pools <br />4. Houseboats <br />5. Ice Fishing Houses <br />6. Docks & Boat Launches <br />7. Roadside Stands <br />8. Domestic Animal Shelters <br />9. Rural & Residential Zoning District Accessory Buildings <br />10. Commercial and Industrial Zoning Districts <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on June 28, 2010. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
