8. The proposed development must be consistent with the Resource Management Plan <br />including the surface water management and parks plan. <br />9. The proposed development must be consistent with the Growth Management Policy. <br />10. Roads adjacent to the development must have the capacity to service the property. <br />11. The proposed development must meet the performance standards established in the City's <br />Official Controls including: <br />a. Zoning Ordinance <br />b. Subdivision Ordinance <br />c. Shoreland Ordinance <br />d. Floodplain Ordinance <br />If a proposed development does not meet any of the above referenced criteria the City has the <br />discretion to deny approval. <br />Council Direction <br />1.
