Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -67 <br />AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT FOR AN ALL AMERICAN PIG <br />ROAST AND FAMILY OUTING EVENT AT 6300 ROLLING HILLS DRIVE ON <br />AUGUST 12, 2010. <br />WHEREAS, owner of a private residence at 6300 Rolling Hills Drive has submitted an <br />application for a special event permit to hold an event on his property on August 12, <br />2010 between the hours of 4:00 and 10:00 p.m.; <br />WHEREAS, the event plans include food, beverages, music, speeches and <br />fundraising events; <br />WHEREAS, the Centennial Fire District inspector and the Police Department have <br />reviewed the application and event plans and conducted the necessary background <br />investigation on the applicant; <br />Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the City Council authorizes issuance of a Special Event Permit to James Keefe <br />for a special event on August 12, 2010. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of July, <br />2010. <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
