EXHIBIT B <br />NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION <br />NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election will be held in and for the City of <br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of November, 2010, at which <br />the following propositions will be submitted to the voters of the City for their approval or <br />rejection: <br />CITY QUESTION NO. 1: <br />ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR MAIN AND LAKE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS <br />Shall the City of Lino Lakes be authorized to issue its general obligation bonds in an <br />amount not to exceed $ to provide funds for constructing improvements to <br />the intersection of Main Street and Lake Drive in the City? <br />BY VOTING "YES" ON THIS BALLOT QUESTION, YOU ARE VOTING FOR A <br />PROPERTY TAX INCREASE. <br />CITY QUESTION NO. 2: <br />ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR BIRCH AND WARE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS <br />Shall the City of Lino Lakes be authorized to issue its general obligation bonds in an <br />amount not to exceed $ to provide funds for constructing improvements to <br />the intersection of Birch Street and Ware Road in the City? <br />BY VOTING "YES" ON THIS BALLOT QUESTION, YOU ARE VOTING FOR A <br />PROPERTY TAX INCREASE. <br />The polling places for said election are as follows: <br />The polling places for said election will be open at 7:00 a.m. and will remain open until closing <br />at 8:00 p.m. Any qualified registered voter of the City is entitled to vote at said election, and <br />any resident of the City not previously registered as a voter may register on election day. <br />Dated: , 2010. <br />Error!
