Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -99 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 3 (FINAL) AND <br />COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, 2010 SEALCOAT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted April 12, 2010, awarding <br />the contract for 2010 Sealcoat Project to Pearson Bros., Inc.; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No. 3 (Final) and <br />Compensating Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment Request No. 3 (Final) and Compensating Change Order No. 1 is <br />approved for a final contract amount of $ 129,770.00. <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8rd day of November, 2010. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
