4. What I agree to do to keep him <br />1. Brody is confined to my basement, free to roam there. <br />2. Muzzle when outside for bathroom break or playing with him. <br />3. Always have Brody on a leash when he is outside. <br />4. Place warning signs, beware of dog <br />5. Have tag on Brody saying dangerous animal <br />6. insert microchip <br />7. Notice to neighbors <br />8. Provide liability insurance for $300,000 <br />9. Keep dog license and rabies vaccination up to date. <br />10. Work with dog therapist to train Brody and family members <br />11. Will have dog therapist submit regular progress reports, perhaps quarterly or whatever you <br />desire. <br />12. Willing to wait a year before I approach council again to have the dangerous animal tag <br />removed. <br />Some of these items are beyond the law. There is going to be cost to me, but am willing to put my <br />money to this cause. <br />4 <br />
