Property Values <br />All data from MN Department of Revenues. Data shown for the "payable" <br />year; e.g., 1979 market value is payable 1979. Market value shows local <br />value only. Taxable value includes adjustments for fiscal disparities <br />contribution and distribution assessed value; tax increment captured <br />assessed value is deducted. <br />3.
