CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 — 03 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND FINAL PAYMENT FOR <br />THE MARSHAN UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Marshan Lane Utility Improvements, including <br />Change Order No. 1 has been completed by Dave Perkins Contracting, <br />Inc. and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Change Order No. 1 in the deduct amount of $20,507.71 and Payment No. 4 <br />(Final) in the amount of $11,820.43 is approved for a total contract amount of <br />$205,414.79. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 9th day of January, 2006. <br />John J.
