COUNCIL MINUTES DRAFT 269 Councilmember Stoltz stated he has no problem with the amendment. He added the survey, 270 conducted by an independent third party, will be public. 272 Amendment carried unanimously. ,s_ 274 Councilmember Reiner stated the survey is under way and Council should receive the results for 275 approval sometime in January, which is before the legislature goes into session.
