The stormwater management design must manage rates and quality using natural <br />infiltration and ecologically -based approaches, as required by the AUAR mitigation <br />plan, including but not limited to: <br />• infiltration through sheet flow, swales, rain gardens <br />• control of runoff rate <br />• control of runoff volume <br />• provide 1 -foot contours <br />• break up impervious surfaces <br />• disperse outflow from storm facilities (to create sheet flow, infiltration) <br />• stormwater management area slopes of 6:1 and 10:1 safety bench <br />6. Any approval of a PUD and/or preliminary plat in the area must include a phasing <br />plan based on infrastructure capacities. <br />7.
