A posting produced a number of applicants. Personnel Decisions <br />International prepared a promotional process including a background and experience evaluation, <br />written test, oral interview and a promotablity index. <br />After testing and interviewing, we have selected Officer Kyle Leibel for the position of Sergeant. <br />This will be effective immediately. <br />Mr. Leibel has been with the department since June of 1997. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Offer the position of Sergeant to Kyle Leibel. <br />2. Deny the promotion. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Number One. <br />
