• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -21 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 AND PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 8 — <br />HOLLY DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolutions of the Council adopted July 26, 2004, awarding the <br />construction contract for the Reconstruction of Holly Drive to W.B. Miller Inc., <br />AND WHEREAS, the construction of the project has commenced, <br />AND WHEREAS, 8" draintile was added, <br />AND WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is spelled out in the Change Order No. 3; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Change Order No.3 resulting in an increase of $8,620.00 bringing the contract amount to <br />$903,773.01 and Pay Request No. 8 in the amount of $84,056.85 is approved for the Holly <br />Drive Improvements Project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of February 2006. <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />John J.
