s <br />• <br />• <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: <br />MEETING DATE: <br />TOPIC: <br />VOTE REQUIRED: <br />BACKGROUND: <br />AGENDA ITEM lE <br />Julie Bartell, City Clerk <br />February 13, 2006 <br />Consider Resolution No. 06-26, Approving 3.2 % Off <br />Sale Malt Liquor License for Jason's Bobby & Steve's <br />Auto World (7090 21st Av S) <br />Simple Majority (3/5 Vote Required) <br />Jason Snyder and Robert Williams have submitted an application for a 3.2 Off Sale Malt <br />Liquor License for Jason's Bobby & Steve's Auto World at 7090 21st Av S, along with <br />the required documentation. <br />Staff has completed the necessary steps to verify that the requirements for this license <br />have been met, including proper insurance coverage and completion of background <br />checks. <br />The Lino Lakes Police Department has completed a background criminal history check <br />and has indicated there is nothing that should stop or deny the application process at this <br />time. <br />A copy of the application and the results of the background check are on file in the city <br />clerk's office. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 06-26 authorizing issuance of a 3.2 Off Sale Malt <br />Liquor License Application for Jason's Bobby & Steve's Auto World; <br />2.
