Civil Defense <br />The Civil Defense budget was established to allocate dollars for a plan to provide a coordinated and comprehensive <br />emergency preparedness program. This program ensures community readiness and emergency response to <br />disasters. Costs to maintain and repair the sirens are recorded here.
