Full size Preliminary Plat drawings prepared by Plowe Engineering dated March 10, 2014. <br />Sheets CO through C4-2, Landscape plan, Preliminary Plat, Resource Inventory, Build Out <br />Phasing plan, and Certificate of Survey. <br />2. Storm water calculations prepared by Plowe Engineering. <br />3. Stormwater Drainage Report with HydroCAD output dated 03/10/14 by Plowe Engineering <br />4. Drainage areas plans dated 03/11/14 by Plowe Engineering <br />General Comments: <br />I. The applicant is to submit RCWD permit correspondence and the approved wetland <br />delineation report prior to final plat approval. <br />2. Obtain permits for the project: RCWD, NPDES, MCES, MPCA, MDH, and Anoka County. <br />3. Operation and Maintenance Agreement for stormwater management facilities will be <br />required. <br />4. Easements must be provided covering proposed on -site stormwater management facilities <br />and should cover a horizontal area at least ten feet beyond the 100-year high water elevation. <br />Street and Trail Comments: <br />Staff will review and determine the best location for the trail extending north -south <br />throughout the development. <br />2.
