Planning & Zoning Board June 13, 2007 Page 2 APPROVED MINUTES There was no one present for Open Mike. Mr. Rafferty made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:36 p.m. Motion was supported by Mr. Pogalz. Motion carried 6 - 0. V. ACTION ITEMS A. Final Plat for a four lot residential s ubdivision to be called Golden Acre, 547 Lois Lane, Tim Anderson Mr. Bengtson presented the staff report. St aff recommended approva l of the Final Plat. Mr. Tim Anderson, Applicant, was present. Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to recommend approval of the Final Plat for a four lot residential subdivision to be called Golden Acre at 547 Lois Lane. Motion was supported by Mr. Root. Motion carried 6 - 0. B. PUBLIC HEARING for a Preliminary Plat for an eight lot residential subdivision to be called Grandview, 7330 Lake Drive, Royal Oaks Realty Mr. Bengtson presented the staff report. Mr. Bengtson explained that the Public Hearing Notice was not printed in the Quad Press, therefore the board would need to con tinue the Hearing to the July meeting. Mr. Bengtson explained that th e City of Lino Lakes would be the enforcing authority over the conservation easement. Mr. Mike Black, Royal Oaks Rea lty, Applicant, was present. Mr. Laden commented that it is exciting th at this connection is being made and he commended Mr. Black on his efforts. Chair Tralle opened the Pub lic Hearing at 6:46 p.m. Mr. Myron Nickerson, 4080 99 th Ave, spoke as a member of Gethsemane Church. Mr. Nickerson recommended approval of the plat st ating that they would like to see the road go through. J.P. Houchins, 7284 Stage Coach Trail, requested a plat map to show his neighbors. Mr. Black provided him with plans for the development. Mr. Rafferty made a MOTION to continue the Pu blic Hearing for the Preliminary Plat for Grandview at 7330 Lake Drive to the July 11, 2007 meeting. Motion was supported by Mr. Hyden.
