Staff is recommending the Public Hearing be continued to the December 14, <br />2005 Planning and Zoning Board meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Laden made a MOTION to re commend continue the public hearing to the December <br />14, 2005 Planning and Zoning Board meeting and was supported by Mr. Nelson. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. AUAR Update <br /> <br />Staff updated the Board on the AUAR. <br /> <br />B. Architectural Review Commi ttee for Legacy at Woods Edge <br /> <br />Staff stated they would like to establish an Architectural Review Committee for projects <br />within the Legacy at Woods Edge developmen t. He indicated st aff would like a couple <br />members of the Planning and Z oning Board on this Committee. <br /> <br />Chair Rafferty expressed concern that they ne eded to make sure the applicant realized <br />that just because there were a couple of members of the Planning and Zoning Board on <br />this Committee, this did not mean the a pplication would get a pproved by the entire <br />Board. Mr. Smyser concurred. <br /> <br />Chair Rafferty indicated he would be inte rested in being on this Committee. <br /> <br />Mr. Laden responded he would be interested also. <br /> <br />Mr. Root stated he would also like to participate. <br /> <br />Mr. Nelson indicated it would be difficult for him to attend because of his schedule. <br /> <br />Chair Rafferty requested staff send an email to the members who were not in attendance <br />at tonight’s meeting to see if any of th em wanted to be on this Committee also. <br /> <br />C. Meeting Rules <br /> <br />Mr. Root stated he would like to see what the proposal is. <br /> <br />Chair Rafferty stated considering this wa s Mr. Hyden’s request, he recommended <br />continuing this to the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Laden requested the discus sion of sidewalks also be placed back on the agenda. <br /> <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Nelson made a MOTION to adjourn the m eeting at 7:20 p.m., and was supported by <br />Mr. Root. Motion carried 3-0.
