• Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 06 -33 RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, CAVEGN ESTATES WHEREAS, the City Council approved a preliminary plat and the 1st Reading of Ordinance 06 -05 — Rezoning to R -1 on July 25, 2005, and WHERAS, the City Council approved the 2nd Reading of Ordinance 06 -05 — Rezoning to R -1 on August 8, 2005, and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 1st Reading of Ordinance 01 -06 — Vacation of a portion of Lois Lane right of way and drainage and utility easements at 7870 Country Lane on February 13, 2006, and WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution of a development contract, between the, Developer and the City of Lino Lakes, prior to commencement of site construction activities and final plat approval to insure satisfactory completion of `public improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves the Development Contract with Anthony and Kimberly Cavegn for Cavegn Estates and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
