• <br />• <br />• <br />Cavegn Estates <br />Page 2 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -31 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CAVEGN ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Cavegn Estates was approved with Resolution 05 -108 by <br />the City Council on July 25, 2005 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Cavegn Estates complies with City requirements and the <br />conditions of Resolution 05 -108 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Cavegn Estates. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27t" day of February 2006. <br />John J.
