• • • Cavegn Estates Page 2 Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 06 -31 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CAVEGN ESTATES WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Cavegn Estates was approved with Resolution 05 -108 by the City Council on July 25, 2005 with conditions, and WHEREAS, the final plat for Cavegn Estates complies with City requirements and the conditions of Resolution 05 -108 have been satisfied. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Cavegn Estates. Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27t" day of February 2006.
